Is all items sold by Kim Gold  pre-loved?
Yes, all items sold by Kim Gold are pre-loved. None of them are brand new unless stated.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Upon placing an order successfully, you should receive an order confirmation email. Alternatively, your order will be reflected in My Account under Orders.

Placed your order but realise you need to make some amendments to your order details?
You may contact us to amend your billing or shipping details in your order. Do note that this may result in shipping delays. Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout.
- Choice of the item (purity, size, type etc)

Can I cancel my order?
We will not be able to cancel an order once the order is being successfully placed. In the event you would like to cancel an order that is not due to a system glitch, you will be subjected to a market loss policy and a cancellation fee of $50 which is subjected to GST.

How can I ascertain that the jewellery I bought from Kim Gold is genuine?
When clients purchase items from Kim Gold, they can be assured that they are buying genuine gold jewellery as Kim Gold will do checks on the items before buyback with our various devices to confirm the authenticity. To know more about the devices, please read our blog.

Can I sell back the items I bought from Kim Gold?
Yes. We will buyback at the current spot prices for Gold. You can check our live prices.

What payment methods does Kim accept?
Kim Gold currently accepts cash, NETS, internet banking, PayNow and cheque. For more information, please read our payment method. We do not accept Credit Card payment at this moment.

Can I return or exchange my items?
All sales of products are not exchangeable and returnable.

Can you ship my items?
To opt for shipping, click on “Shipping” when selecting your collection type at the cart or checkout page.

How much is the shipping fee?
For local (Within Singapore) shipping, Kim Gold offers free shipping on orders over $1000. Please note that for orders below $1000 (regardless of currency,) there will be an additional shipping fee of S$10 (Inc. GST) incurred. For international shipping, our Sale Representative will contact you accordingly to clarify the amount.

How long does it take to ship?
For local (Within Singapore) shipping, Kim Gold offers a delivery time of 3 – 5 business days.

Will my order be insured for the shipping?
Yes, your order is fully insured.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been successfully shipped, you will receive an email that contains a tracking number alongside a web link which will allow you to track your order. For order valued above S$2000, Kim Gold will assign our logistic partner to deliver to you. Please contact us for the tracking.
